A Kiwi in Tennesse​​

  • 1/2 ounce of kiwi schnapps

  • 1 1/2 ounces of Jack Daniels

  • 1/2 ounce of lemon juice

  • Lemonade - to top

  • 1/2 of kiwi

Muddle kiwi in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

Add Jack Daniel's whiskey, kiwi schnapps, lemon juice and ice, and shake well.

Strain into a highball glass full of ice, and fill with lemonade.

Garnish with kiwi slices.

Ballylickey Belt Recipe

  •  2 oz Irish Whiskey

  • 3/4 tsp Honey

  • Club Soda

  • Lemon - peel, for garnish

Add honey and a little club soda to a rocks glass, and mix until honey is dissolved.

Fill with ice and add Irish whiskey.

Stir well, then fill with club soda.

Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.

Shamrocker

  • 1 1/2 ounces of Irish Whiskey

  • ½ oz. Crème de Menthe

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream


Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend on medium, and pour into a martini glass.

Irish Julep

  • 1 oz Green Creme de Menthe

  • 1 oz Bourbon

  • Milk

  • 8 leaves Mint - plus more for garnish

Muddle mint in the bottom of a highball glass.

Add bourbon, crème de menthe and fill with ice.

Fill with cold milk and stir, then garnish with a sprig of mint.

Paddy's Night

  • 1/2 oz Green Creme de Menthe

  • 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey

  • Champagne - chilled, to top

Shake green crème de menthe and Irish whiskey with ice in a cocktail shaker.

Strain into a champagne flute and top with chilled champagne.

Melon Whiskey Sour

  • 1 part White Whiskey

  • 2 parts Melon Midori

  • 3 frozen honeydew melon balls (made with a melon baller)

Shake whiskey and Midori with ice in a shaker. Put one ice cube at the bottom of a highball glass. Add the melon balls on top. Pour drink over top.
