• 1 1/2 oz Gin

  • 1 oz Green Chartreuse

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

  • dash Orange Bitters



Stir gin, green Chartreuse, sweet vermouth and bitters with ice in a mixing glass.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon twist.

Verdant Lady

  • ice

  • 1 1/2 oz gin

  • 1 tablespoon fresh, strained lime juice

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons simple syrup 

  • 1 teaspoon Green Chartreuse

  • 4 large mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish 


In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, combine the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, chartreuse, and mint leaves. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a mint sprig 

Green Fizz

  • 1 tsp Creme de menthe

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1 egg white

  • 1/2 ounce Midori

  • 1 tsp fine sugar

  • Club soda


Mix everything together in a shaker.

Pour into a Tom Collins glass filled with ice.

Top with club soda

Garnish with Lime twist

Green Gin Giant

  • 1/2 lime

  • 1 teaspoon ​basil simple syrup

  • 3 cucumber slices

  • Handful​ basil

  • Handful mint leaves

  • 2 ounces ​gin 

  • 1/2 ounce ​elderflower liqueur

  • 2 to 3 ounces ​grapefruit soda



In a cocktail shaker, squeeze the lime juice and drop the lime in. Add simple syrup, cucumber slices, basil, and mint, then muddle well.

Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and grapefruit soda and fill the shaker with ice.

Shake and pour everything into an old-fashioned glass.

Green Gin and Tonic

  • ¼ cup gin 

  • ¼ cup juiced greens 

  • A squeeze of fresh lemon

  • ½ cup tonic 

  • Herbed ice cubes

  • Pea shoots or celery curls for garnish



  • To make the herbed ice cubes, freeze wilted herbs in an ice tray with water. Prepare this in advance to allow for freezing time.

  • Add the gin, juiced greens and a squeeze of lemon into a Wine Glass. Add the herbed ice cubes and top up with tonic water. Garnish with pea shoots or celery curls.


Cool Gin and Cucumber

  • 1.5 oz Gin

  • 1.5 oz Cucumber Juice

  • 3-4 slices Cucumber plus more for garnish

  • 1/4 Lime

  • 3-4 Mint leaves

  • 2.5-3 oz Tonic Water

  • 1 tsp sugar


Cut your cucumber slices using a mandolin. For the muddling cucumbers, cut circles; for garnish, cut long slices 

Lightly muddle mint leaves, cucumber slices and lime wedge in a shaker

Juice half of a cucumber with a juicer. Muddle extra cucumber if you don't have a juicer.

Add gin, cucumber juice and sugar

Shake well and pour over ice.

Top with tonic water and garnish with mint
