Shamrock Champagne

  • 1 oz Midori (Chilled)

  • 4 oz sparkling wine (Chilled)

  • Melon balls

Directions

Put a melon ball into a champagne flute. Pour Midori on top. Add sparkling wine to fill glass.

Verde Sangria

  • 1 bottle of white wine

  • 3 oz Cointreau

  • Cubed green apple

  • Sliced cucumber

  • Grapes

 

Directions

Put all the ingredients together in a large mason jar (Or other container)

Refrigerate for 6-12 hours. 

Pour into wine glass.

Green Wine Smoothie

  • 6 oz white wine

  • 3 kale leaves

  • 1 green apple

  • 15 green grapes

  • A few ice cubes

Directions

Put all the ingredients together in a blender and puree. 

Strain into a chilled Tom Collins Glass

Go Green

  • 1 oz Midori

  • 1 1/2 oz Simple Sugar

  • 1 oz Vodka

  • 1 1/2 ounce Sour Mix

  • 1 squeeze Lemon juice, fresh

  • 2 Oz Sparkling White Wine

Directions

Shake all the ingredients in a chilled shaker. 

Put a Maraschino cherry at the bottom of a champgagne flute

Pour over cherry.

Pinot Green-i-o

  • 1 peeled kiwi

  • 2 Tbs Mango Chutney or Mango Juice

  • 1 Tbs Sweet Basil

  • 1/2 ounce Midori

  •  2 ounces Pinot Grigio

Directions

Muddle Kiwi, add chutney, basil and Pinot Grigio

Pour into a shaker and shake vigorously

Pour into highball glass. Garnish with a kiwi slice
